The Chief of Staff, Julius Debrah, has reiterated government’s commitment to creating an enabling environment where women-led enterprises in Ghana can thrive, scale, and compete globally.

Speaking to women leaders, entrepreneurs, and industry stakeholders at the opening of the 11th Ghana Female CEO Summit in Accra, the Chief of Staff said government is focused on building an economy that rewards enterprise, expands opportunity, and delivers real improvements in the lives of Ghanaians, particularly women-entrepreneurs.

“On behalf of President John Dramani Mahama, I emphasized government’s determination to build a Ghana where opportunity is not limited by background, where enterprise is rewarded, and where every young woman can believe that the future belongs to her too” he said.

Chief Julius Debrah noted that the Ghana Female CEO platform, continues to highlight an important truth: that when women lead, institutions become stronger, communities become steadier, and economies become more resilient.
